Will you send me more details about the conference as we get closer to the start date?

MER will send additional information about your conference via email three (3) days prior to the start of the conference. The email will include:

  • Conference dates
  • Registration start time
  • Start time of the first lecture
  • Conference room name
  • Conference agenda
  • Instructions on how to access conference content (e.g. slides, agenda, MER Live Stream links, etc.)
  • Helpful reminders

Where can I find the conference slides and other conference materials?

Conference materials, including the presentation slides, may be viewed and downloaded beginning three (3) days prior to the start of a conference and for one (1) year after the end of the conference.

We offer two ways to access your conference materials and live stream links:

(1) MER APP – ‘MER PCC’ – You can download the app, ‘MER PCC’, for free. NOTE: do not create a new username/password for the app – please use your existing profile

(2) MER WEBSITE – log into your profile at mer.org. NOTE: if you do not recall your password or if you have any issues logging in, please do not create a new profile. Contact our friendly team for assistance at info@mer.org or 1-800-421-3756.

We recommend downloading the conference slides BEFORE arriving at the conference; Wi-Fi may not be available in the conference room. Conference slides are available for one (1) year after the conference ends; please note that you must verify your attendance through your profile on our website or app during the live conference dates to have access to conference slides.

If you need materials for a conference that occurred more than one (1) year ago, please contact our friendly team for assistance at info@mer.org or 1-800-421-3756.

What is MER’s sign-in policy?

We do not require you to sign in each day. You only need to verify attendance one time for the entire conference, and it must be verified before the end of the conference. To verify attendance, go to “Conference History” on the MER website or mobile app, ‘MER PCC’, and click the “Verify Attendance” link. Alternatively, clicking on any of the MER Live Stream Links will automatically verify your attendance.

Attendance is verified when the column title “Attended?” says “Yes”.  No additional steps are required to verify attendance.

Please note you MUST verify attendance through your profile on our app or website one time during the live conference dates in order to claim credit and access content, to include review of live stream links.

How do I claim my credit and get my certificate?

Once attendance is verified, you can claim your CME credits through the MER website or mobile app, ‘MER PCC’, under “Conference History”.  You must verify your attendance once during the live conference dates.

Once credits have been claimed, click on “Get Certificate” to access your electronic evaluation form. Fill out the electronic evaluation form on the last day of the conference. Your certificate will be emailed to you within 15 minutes after submission of a completed evaluation form.

Are any meals provided at the conference?

At most MER conferences, breakfast is included in the meeting room each morning for all registered attendees. At some conferences, breakfast is included in the hotel dining room as part of the room rate for attendees staying at the conference hotel.  Those conferences are designated on our website.

Are children or animals allowed in the conference room?

In order to maintain an optimal and professional environment for learners, MER does not allow children or pets (except for service animals) into the conference space. We are not able to make exceptions to this policy for any reason.

Why am I not receiving emails from MER?

If you did not receive your registration confirmation or reminder email for your upcoming conference, please verify your email address in your profile. It is possible you have mistakenly created a secondary account. Please verify you are checking the email account from the MER profile that contains the registration.

If the email address in your profile is correct and you still did not receive any emails, your email provider (e.g. yahoo, Gmail, outlook) may be blocking our communication. Please add mer-cust-svc@i.mer.org and customerservice@mer.org to your email contacts list. If you need further assistance, contact the MER office by phone at 800-421-3756.
