Cancellation Policy

Within seven (7) days of your purchase, you may cancel and choose to receive (1) the entire registration fee as an MER credit within your profile or (2) a refund of the registration fee minus a non-refundable, third-party processing fee of $75.
After seven (7) days from the date of purchase, you may cancel and receive the entire registration fee as an MER credit within your profile.
MER credits are easy to use, never expire, and may be applied toward any future conference.
MER credits are not refundable for cash but are refundable as an MER credit within your account.
Cancellations will not be accepted beginning seven (7) days before the conference start date.
